A Truncated Matrix Completion Algorithm Using Prior Information for Wind Turbine Clutter Suppression

The conventional matrix completion (MC) regularizes each singular value equally, and thus the rank cannot be well approximated, which greatly limits flexibility accuracy of MC usage. In this paper, a truncated algorithm using prior information to determine threshold while generating target is proposed for wind turbine clutter suppression weather radar. During shrinking process, an appropriate selected obtain optimal approximation sampling matrix. Specifically, mean diagonal element in recovered calculated improve robustness recovery result effectively. Simulation results demonstrate that reduces computational complexity as further improves realizes effective clutter.
